AutoPay
Terms of Use
By enrolling in the AutoPay service you have agreed to have your Credit
Card or Bank Account charged on or about the 15th of each month for your Agency
Advantage monthly license fee.
In the event your Credit Card is declined due to insuffient funds or invalid expiration
date, we will notify the you via email that your payment was not made.
If our draft on your bank account is returned due to insuffient funds, we will notify
you via email that your payment was not made. A $30 NSF check fee will be applied
to your account.
In the event of a
failed payment:
a) One notice will be emailed to the address on file in our system.
b) The Credit Card or Bank Account information we hold in our system will be purged.
c) You become responsible for submitting payment on or before the last business
day of the month.
d) Failure to make payment will result in a 14% late fee applied to your account.
Enrollment in AutoPay after the 15th of the month will not initiate payment until
the following month.
